La scène culinaire Montréalaise et Québécoise est fascinante.
Il y a bien évidemment la Poutine. On ne la présente plus! Dans sa version originale avec des frites, du fromage en grains et beaucoup de sauce brune. Elle a su se developper dans des formules plus variées, ou encore revisitée de façon gastronomique par les plus grands chefs. C’est un incontournable du Québec.
Mais la gastronomie du Québec, c’est bien plus que ça! EDes recettes à base de sirop d'érable, les microbrasseries de plus en plus nombreuses et réputées tout comme les micro-distilleries, il y en a pour tous les goûts y tous y trouveront leur bonheur !
Mais Montréal est une ville multiculturelle qui offre également une variété impressionnante de restaurants internationaux.
Après la gastronomie, le sport occupe une place de choix ici. Tout d’abord Les Canadiens de Montréal, icônes du hockey sur glace, suscitent une passion débordante parmi les fans.
Durant l’hiver, les parcs se transforment en patinoire à ciel ouvert, ainsi que de terrain de Hockey, avec accès gratuit.
Pendant l’été, c’est le temps de sortir son vélo, ses raquettes de tennis ou bien encore son maillot de bain pour aller faire un saut dans une des piscines extérieures de la ville, avec accès gratuit en semaine.
Montréal est une ville en constante transformation. Des projets de rénovation urbaine se multiplient, préservant le patrimoine tout en favorisant l'innovation.
D’ailleurs, petite anecdote, les plots oranges et panneaux ‘détour’ sont devenus la marque de fabrique de la ville, au plus grand déplaisir des résidents.
En quelques minutes par épisode, nous avons tout juste effleuré la richesse de Montréal. Cette ville est pleine des traces du passé et du présent, d'histoire et d'avenir. Je vous conseille de vous promenez dans le Vieux-Montréal, d’admirez la vue depuis le Mont-Royal, d’explorez pas à pas chaque quartier de la ville, Montréal ne cessera de vous charmer.
